いちおう、ラベルとしての使用例はありそう。

Des Callaghan (Bryonet 11 December 2013) suggests using a laser printer, then cutting labels to size and attach them with PVA glue or double-sided sticky tape (Figure 21). (Janice M. Glime, 2013, p.2-4-14)

耐久性についてはあまり情報がないが、ポリエステル基材の両面テープはかなり長期間持ちそうな情報はあった。

ラベルの貼り替えはできる。一度剝がしたものの再利用はできない。
